As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and technical experts to deliver innovative software solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in leading globally distributed Agile teams, running client-facing discovery sessions, and managing the full software product lifecycle for high-impact digital projects.

Drive end-to-end delivery of banking integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, and integration strategies. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across business, product, and engineering teams.

This project aims to consolidate multiple systems currently used for reporting incidents related to Health & Safety, Security, Quality, and Environment (excluding nuclear). The goal is to transition to a single, integrated platform that enhances operational efficiency, regulatory compliance , and supports broader sustainability efforts.

In this role as Technical Program Manager, you will support the InfoSec organization at Twilio in delivering value through strategic projects and programs. The Technical Program Manager will manage projects and coach agile teams in delivering value through their programs. This role will be a part of the InfoSec Project Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for creating and maintaining operational and process rigor.

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality revenue operations services for customers. You’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and long-term goals. Collaborating with Engagement Managers and Delivery Directors, you’ll proactively manage risks, provide governance for team activities, and keep projects on track to achieve intended outcomes.
